I can't meet at 10. I hope we can change the meeting time to 10:30 Central. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteAlso here is my proposed project work framework:
1. Assign one person to lead a project. That person will be responsible for administrating the project and contributing to the project. This role should be equally rotated among the team.
2. Project lead to define and agree with team in writing on project's objectives and delivarables.
3. Project lead to assign and agree with team responsibility for specific area and establish due dates for completion.
4. By due date each team member must send their completed section to the project lead.PROJECT LEAD WILL CONSOLIDATE THE SUBMISSION INTO ONE DOCUMENT AND SEND OUT TO THE TEAM.
5. Allocate at least two days for team review of the whole report prior to the due date.
5.1 Each team member to provide to project lead their written feedback (clearly marked) on the whole report at least one day prior to project's due date.
5.2 Project lead to consolidate all reviewes into one document and send that document to the team.
5.3 Project lead to organize a team meeting to discuss in detail and agree on all sections of the final report.
5.4 Project lead to create a clean copy of the final report and send to the team
5.5 Each team member must in writing by email to project lead accept or reject the updated final report. In case the report is rejected, the points of disagreement must be in writing. Go back to step 5.3
6. Project lead to submit the final report and copy the team.
Sorry, the Comment above was from Andre.
